Canara Bank to hold MSME Mega Camp in Kolkata for Leather Exporters on August 19 Kolkata, Aug 18 (KNN) Canara Bank in partnership with Indian Leather Products Association (ILPA) has scheduled a MSME Mega Camp at ILPA Leather Goods Park in Bantala on August 19, 2022.

The meeting will be chaired by Sandeep J Gaware, Chief General Manager Circle Office, Kolkata and Chairman (Finance) of ILPA along with other members will be present at the occasion.

Canara Bank will provide banking solution to leathers exporters which are member of the association, ILPA told KNN.

A brief presentation will be presented by Canara Bank focusing on exports and subsequently requirements will be looked into.

According to ILPA the leather exports is down as Europe its largest market is still under few covid-19 related restrictions which has impacted the business.

However, they are optimistic that the exports are gradually picking up and will soon see a robust growth. (KNN Bureau)
