Route Mobile IPO opens on Sept 9

MUMBAI: Route Mobile Limited, among the leading Omnichannel Cloud Communication Service Provider (CPaaS), to enterprises, over-the-top (“OTT???) players and mobile network operators (“MNOs???), with a client base including world’s largest and well known organizations across social media companies, banking and financial services, aviation, retail, e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, telecom sector; will be opening its initial public offering on September 9, 2020 and will close on September 11, 2020, with a price band of Rs 345 – Rs 350 per Equity Share. Minimum Bid lot is 40 Equity Shares and in multiples of 40 Equity Shares thereafter. Initial public offering of face value Rs 10 each of Route Mobile Limited (“Company???) (“Equity Shares???) aggregating up to Rs 600 crore (“Offer???). PLEXCONCIL app with buyer-sellerconnect for exporters

MUMBAI: The Plastics Export Promotion Council of India (PLEXCONCIL), the apex trade body for plastics exports sponsored by the Union Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has unveiled the PLEXCONCIL mobile app for plastic exporter members and trade fraternity. Ravish Kamath (chairman, PLEXCONCIL) unveiled the PLEXCONCIL app in the presence of Arvind Goenka (vice chairman, PLEXCONCIL) and Sribash Dasmohapatra (ED, PLEXCONCIL) and dedicated the app to the nation’s plastics exporters, which includes many M/SMEs. The app can be easily downloaded from Google Playstore on Android phones and on iPhones. The PLEXCONCIL app has all the basic features of a B2B export app but additionally it has the first-of-its-kind buyer-seller connect marketplace on a 24X7 basis wherein the Council allows every member to display 3 products on this virtual marketplace. It offers Business Tools and facilitates Business Inquiries. It provides information on export schemes and various trade notifications by Union Ministry.
