CAIT launches "Vyapar Swarajya campaign" New Delhi, Oct 3 (KNN) To bring an end to the domestic trade dependency on China & other MNCs and to liberate the domestic trade and e commerce business from the vicious clutches of FDI funded  e-commerce and other foreign companies, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) launched Vyapar Swarajya, a nationwide campaign.

The campaign will run from 2nd October till 31st December and measures will be work upon to implement PM Modis evocations on vocal on local and Atmanirbhar Bharat, across all the cities, villages and towns of all the states in the country.

More than 40 thousand trade associations will participate in this campaign to make it more strong and successful. The CAIT has also released a Vyapar Swarajya charter for the campaign.

CAIT National President, B C Bhartia and Secretary General, Praveen  Khandelwal stated that now it is a direct battle of 7 crore traders of India with the  Walmart , Amazon and other MNCs who are trying to monopolize the retail trade and e commerce business of India.

The CAIT will do all attempts to ensure due compliance of FDI policy in letter & spirit by these Companies and will force the Government to take strict action against those who will violate the policy. We will not tolerate the silent reaction of the Government on the violation of the FDI Policy and other laws.

The domestic trade of India belongs to Indian traders and therefore, the traders have a constitutional right to do business on Indian soil without any interruption. Either these companies have to obey the law else they will have to leave India. The tolerance of traders should not be considered as their weakness.
